Is there a contract?
No. You can cancel any month with 20 days’ written notice before your next billing date, and you owe nothing after that. The 3 months are what the guarantee needs, not a commitment we hold you to — leave before month 4 and the 3x simply has not had time to be measured, so it does not apply.
Does this apply to add-ons or the POS kit?
The guarantee applies to Boom Online Ordering plans. Hardware (the POS Kit) and à-la-carte services are separate.
