Terms of Service

By using Boom Online Ordering, you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

Boom Online Ordering is a white-label online ordering platform provided by Boom Media LLC ("Boom", "we", "us"). Restaurant clients ("Clients") pay a monthly subscription fee for access to the platform, setup, and support services. End customers who place orders ("Customers") transact directly with the restaurant.

Payment & Billing

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. Boom does not charge commission on orders. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe's standard fees. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their menu, pricing, and allergen information. Clients are responsible for fulfilling orders placed through their Boom ordering page. Boom is not a party to the transaction between restaurant and customer.

Limitation of Liability

Boom's liability is limited to the monthly subscription fee paid in the billing period during which a claim arises. Boom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
